Aganitha specializes in emerging technologies in precision target modeling, mechanistic understanding and novel designs using AI/ML, Generative AI tools for therapeutic candidates including transcriptomic pipelines, poly-specific antibodies, vector capsid optimization for gene therapy, de novo SMOL for target exploration, and mRNA therapies. Our customer-centric approach offers multiple engagement models to accommodate different requirements:

Project-based Model

This engagement model is ideal for well-defined project scope or deliverables.

Engagement focused on specific projects with clearly defined objectives (e.g., de novo molecular lead for a protein of interest, Antibody design for antigen of interest, etc.)

Mutually agreed project plan with dependencies, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

A multidisciplinary team tailored as per customer’s project requirements will be put together by Aganitha Regular checkpoints and reviews with customer to maintain the project’s trajectory

Aganitha proprietary platforms, solutions, and accelerators may or may not be used. If they are used, the IP clause below applies.

Dedicated team model

This model is ideal when the customer requires an expanded bandwidth through a dedicated team, particularly when managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. It leverages a dedicated team, allowing flexibility in adjusting the team’s composition to align with the evolving needs of the tasks requiring completion.

A dedicated global multidisciplinary team consisting of domain experts and technologists work together and seamlessly integrate with the customer’s team and become an extension of the client’s organization

Engagement focused on long-term collaboration with the customer with high-level objectives defined and fine-tuned during the course of the engagement

Work and IP performed by the dedicated team belongs to the customer.

The customer has oversight of the team’s work ensuring effective alignment with customer objectives

Licensing

This model works well when the customer is interested in developing a solution in and around less explored area, or area of interest.

Engagement focused on providing cutting-edge solutions to the customer ensuring less uncertainty and better outcomes

Pre-existing solution of Aganitha or Aganitha's capabilities to drive specific outcomes like therapeutics candidate and target validation with a Risk and Reward model

We work on flexible commercial models with smaller upfront payment, and success based milestone payments

Academic Collaboration

This model aims to build research collaborations with academic institutions on mutually agreed topics wherein Aganitha provides in silico expertise.

We accept in silico research proposals from academic institutions wherein the outcomes will be jointly owned and published. The academic institution will be charged a lesser fee for this engagement compared to a commercial engagement

IP Protection

Original platform/accelerator developed by Aganitha is licensed to client to enable internal use.
Customer specific customizations and enhancements can be retained by the customer.
We are not a biotech company, and do not compete with our client’s therapeutic products. We also work on flexible commercial models with smaller upfront payment, and success based milestone payments.
