The Opportunity: Beyond the Framework
So, you have built a few web apps. You know React, TypeScript, and how to hook up prebuilt components to APIs. You’ve shipped features, but you are ready for the next level.
If you want to go beyond being a “UI coder” and grow into a Full-Stack Developer for the modern TypeScript & LLM era, this opportunity is for you.
At Aganitha, we don’t just write code; we build the digital backbone of scientific discovery. We are looking for developers who start with the problem, not the framework, and who believe that working software isn’t enough—it must be intuitive, pleasant, and built for trust.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Move from problem definition to abstractions, code, deployment, telemetry, and continuous improvement.
- Modern Backend Engineering: Build robust APIs and handle complex business rules using Node.js, Next.js, and modern TypeScript patterns.
- LLM Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and third-party services into production workflows to automate scientific research and internal operations.
- Cloud & DevOps: Take charge of the full lifecycle—deploying on the cloud, automating with Docker/Kubernetes, and setting up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
- Usability & Design: Care deeply about layout, clarity, and speed. Build interfaces that scientists and researchers trust and enjoy using.
- Automation: Constantly seek ways to automate work for yourself, your team, and the end-users.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- UG: Any Graduate (Technical/Engineering fields preferred)
- Expertise in: TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Backend & Systems: Strong understanding of DBMS, API design, and Linux environments.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and CI/CD tools.
- Languages: Familiarity with Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- AI/LLM: Experience or high interest in working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of CSS/Tailwind, state management, and performance optimization.
